We are excited to introduce our new Vacuum Ion Plating (PVD) facility, which offers a brilliant metallic finish without the toxic by-products associated with traditional electroplating. This process not only provides superior durability and UV resistance but also operates in a closed-loop system that eliminates water pollution.
Beyond coating, we have implemented a "Smart Scrap" recovery program. By using high-precision nesting software during the laser-cutting phase, we maximize the utility of every stainless steel sheet. Any remaining offcuts are sorted and sent for high-grade recycling. We believe that enduring art should not come at the cost of the planet. By integrating these eco-friendly practices, we are helping our clients achieve their green building certifications (such as LEED and BREEAM) while delivering masterpieces that will stand for generations. Sustainability is no longer an option; it is the core of our craftsmanship.
